These Terms govern your access to and use of Stroke Dojos ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for educational and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Admin features are intended for authorized personnel only; keep any admin credentials and API keys secure.

Content & Intellectual Property

We or our licensors retain ownership of the Service and its content. You retain ownership of any lesson content you create, but you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security, or interfere with other users' data. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

AI Services

If you use external AI services to generate content (for example, stroke-name predictions), you are responsible for reviewing and validating that content before applying it in lessons. Do not paste or accept AI outputs without review.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance; the effective date will indicate the latest revision.
